Holiday Napkin Rings & Place Tags by Buffy Cooper

Don’t you just love having a pretty table during the holidays?  These napkin rings, using the Joyful Christmas stamp set, are so easy and quick to create, and add a little glitz to your table as well.  The mini muslin bags make unique place tags for the table, and they hold a special treat for guests.  Makes for a fun Holiday class too!  This ensemble was created by Buffy Cooper.
