Heart Tape Art Journal Page: A Video!!!!

On a recent work trip I stopped into a store called Daiso and purchased a 3-pack of electrical tape in different colors.  I decided I needed to put the red tape to use as soon as I got home and this is the art journal page that resulted!  This video shows you my journey to create this page.  Enjoy!

"English Garden" Box & Cards by Regina Andari

“English Garden” Box & Cards!  – Regina Andari

Need a fantastic, useful, and attractive gift for someone special?  You will enjoy making this project, and the recipient will cherish it!  Create six pockets to hold an assortment of cards, a box to hold the pockets, and this tutorial also includes instructions for six assorted—coordinating—greeting cards to start filling the pockets.  Once you give this box of cards to a special someone, don’t forget to replenish the cards throughout the year on holidays, special occasions, or just because.  This ensemble would be great for a stamp camp.  Head to Craft Project Central and subscribe to the month of December for full step-by-step instructions!

Thankfully Embrace Art Journal Page

My art journal is a wonderful place to explore, experiment and play!  Over the weekend I decided to try doing a matte medium transfer with a sentiment I printed out on my laser printer.  I also played with molding paste, stamping, stenciling, tissue paper...you get the point...I played A LOT!  This "everything but the kitchen sink" page was the result! :)  Not only did I have fun (in addition to a bit of struggle), I also learned a lot.  Open up your art journal and play!  You may or may not like what you end up creating, but you will definitely learn and have fun....and you may even surprise yourself with what you create!!!! :)
